I know there are many places that just give out candy but why not support organizations that support you? Here is my list of LGBTQ Friendly events for the next 2 weekends. Have a great time everyone. ~Beau

Knox Pride & South Press Presents: 1st Annual Trunk or Treat, October 30th 4 PM – 7 PM at Sam Duff Park off of Chapman Hwy. This is the Parking Lot beside the Pride Center which is at 4044A Chapman Hwy. Knox Pride Center added information to their social media "We will have candy, treats, crafts, and a few more surprises! Come and share community with us.

DONATIONS WELCOME: You can also drop off donations for the Personal Care Pantry or Food Pantry as well. We need: hot hands, gloves, canned meat, first aid supplies, zip lock baggies for emergency kits coats, back packs."

Boos And Beans Trunk Or Treat & Chili Cook Off SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2022, AT 2 PM – 5 PM American Legion Post 2 5700 Old Rutledge Pike, "American Legion Post 2 will be hosting its 3rd Annual Beans and Boos event. We will have a trunk and treat plus an informal chili contest. Bring the kids and grandkids out for a good time."

Powell Presbyterian Trunk or Treat FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2022, AT 6 PM – 7:30 PM. 2910 West Emory Rd. Since Powell Presbyterian Church is on our list of LGBTQ Supportive churches, I am adding them to my list events. "Bring your little ghouls and goblins for some safe and easy tricks and treats in the PPC parking lot! "

GROWL O WEEN FUN WITH PETS

HowlOWeen Pooch Parade and Pet Expo SUNDAY AT 1 PM – 5 PM UT Gardens Knoxville 2518 Jacob Drive "Join us for the 9th Annual Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade and Pet Expo. Jointly sponsored by the UT Gardens and the UT College of Veterinary Medicine, this fun event with a spooky twist includes a judged costume parade for dogs, an expo of educational booths, pet businesses, and rescue groups, food trucks and more."

Bark & Boos Halloween Bash Friday, October 21 from 6pm-10pm, 601 Lamar Street, Get your dog dressed up and join us for a wicked fun Halloween event at The Bark, Knoxville's Dog Park and Beer Garden.

Howl-O-Ween - Dog Costume Contest Hi Wire Brewing SUNDAY Oct 23rd AT 1 PM – 4 PM 2020 Barber Street, Event by Hi-Wire Brewing Knoxville and Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee" Bring your furry friends dressed up in a costume and strut the runway while being adored by all, shop local vendors, and take cute pics in a Halloween themed photobooth!

We will also be donating $1 of each pint sold during the event to Chain Free Knoxville and Small Breed Rescue of Eastern Tennessee!"
